We begin with an initial deep dive into your business across the 3P framework. To get to the opportunities fast, we work closely with you and your team, to understand the inner workings of your business.
OUTPUT: In-depth report & audit.
ROADMAP & RECOMMENDATIONS
Taking the Audit we work with your Senior Leadership Team to agree priorities and develop an in-depth roadmap setting out interdependencies and the impact for your business.
OUTPUT: Roadmap and Time frame.
IMPLEMENTATION & CHANGE MANAGEMENT
Using our proven technique to deliver change across processes, structures and ways of working, this phase is when operational change occurs. For long lasting success we ask that your management team co own this phase and we lead them through this.
MEASUREMENT
Performance is key to business success and our processes ensures constant evaluation. We agree metrics with you and once the initial work is completed, we follow up to ensure that the results are positive and ongoing.
Whilst we always start with Phase 1 & 2, and would recommend all 4 phases to deliver our results, we discuss your needs in our initial consultation.

The Lavender Partnership was founded by Charlotte Lavender, following a decade in management roles, consulting with FTSE 100 businesses across categories.
